The aim of this retrospective study was to identify pre-therapeutic predictive laboratory and molecular imaging biomarkers for response and overall survival (OS) in patients with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) treated with prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA)-targeted radioligand therapy (RLT).
